Terms of Service
Last updated: May 26, 2026
Blockchain Explorer is operated by SynthaSkill LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using Blockchain Explorer ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Blockchain Explorer is a public, read-only verification service for inspecting cryptographic record integrity anchors published by the myAviationTools platform. It allows anyone to verify that a given aviation record hash matches an on-chain anchor without revealing the underlying record content. The Service does not store personal data for public (unauthenticated) lookups.
2. Eligibility
Public verification lookups are available to anyone without an account. Authenticated features (batch history, saved searches) require an account and that you be at least 18 years old with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
3. Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. Better Auth session tokens expire 7 days after issue; you may revoke them via the Settings page at any time.
4. Subscription, Trial, and Fees
Basic public verification is free. Advanced features may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance via Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on 30 days' notice; existing paid subscribers will not see a price change mid-billing-cycle.
5. Nature of the Verification Service
The Blockchain Explorer confirms only whether a submitted hash matches a previously anchored value on the Ethereum network. A positive verification result confirms hash integrity, not the factual accuracy of the underlying record. We make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of any record whose hash appears on-chain. Use of verification results as legal or regulatory evidence is the responsibility of the relying party.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not submit automated bulk verification requests beyond documented API rate limits.
- Do not reverse-engineer or scrape the Service.
- Do not attempt to de-anonymize records from on-chain hashes.
- Do not use the Service to make false claims about record integrity.
7. Your Data
Public verification lookups are stateless — we do not log the hashes you submit for anonymous queries. Authenticated users' query history may be stored for their own reference. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Your records enter a 30-day grace period before hard deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms with notice where practicable.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the continued availability of any specific on-chain anchor. Blockchain networks are outside our control; testnet anchors may be subject to network deprecation.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) $100 USD or (b) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; if we make material changes we will notify you by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
